Meet the Team

Real people, genuine relationships, and compassionate support.

──── ୨୧ ────

At Embodied Support Collective, we believe the right support starts with the right connection. Our team is made up of passionate practitioners who are committed to creating safe, supportive and meaningful relationships that help people thrive.

Our Founders

ESC was founded by Amy and Inderjit — yoga teachers and values-led practitioners passionate about creating support that feels human, safe and deeply invested.

Their work is grounded in embodiment, nervous system awareness and genuine relationships.

ESC was created from a shared belief:

  • People deserve better support experiences.

  • Support should feel safe.

  • People should not have to navigate complex systems alone.

  • Care should extend beyond compliance.

Through ESC, they are building a collective where participants and practitioners thrive together.
