About Embodied Support Collective
At Embodied Support Collective, we believe support should feel human.
We created ESC after seeing too many people navigating complex mental health challenges while also trying to manage support workers, appointments, funding, and services on their own. Too often, people felt like numbers in a system rather than individuals with unique needs, experiences, and goals.
Our approach is different. We prioritise meaningful relationships, genuine connection, and personalised support that helps life feel easier to navigate. As a boutique collective of embodied practitioners, we take the time to understand each person, advocate for what matters, and provide support that is consistent, compassionate, and proactive.
At ESC, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, and supported.
Welcome to the Collective.
Welcome Home
Many people come to ESC after feeling: unsupported, misunderstood, overwhelmed, lost within systems designed to help. Trust is something felt. We understand.
ESC was created because we believe:
People deserve support that feels safe.
People deserve practitioners who genuinely care.
People deserve to be deeply understood.
At ESC:
Support is relationship.
Connection.
Consistency.
Advocacy.
Community.
Because being supported well should make life feel easier to carry.
Why choose ESC?
Because support should feel different.
We intentionally prioritise:
Meaningful relationships over transactions
Quality over volume
Understanding before assumptions
Proactive advocacy
Consistency and trust
Intentional matching
Human support

Meet the Founders
ESC was founded by Amy and Inderjit — yoga teachers and values-led practitioners passionate about creating support that feels human, safe and deeply invested.
Their work is grounded in embodiment, nervous system awareness and genuine relationships.
ESC was created from a shared belief:
People deserve better support experiences.
Support should feel safe.
People should not have to navigate complex systems alone.
Care should extend beyond compliance.
Through ESC, they are building a collective where participants and practitioners thrive together.

❝Before Embodied Support Collective, I found it difficult to structure my days, visit new places and simply have someone to talk to.
Since receiving their support, I've become much more confident to try new things and step outside my comfort zone. I'm living a much fuller life now, experiencing things I never thought I would.
Amy and Inderjit are kind, calm, friendly and always encouraging, and they've made every step feel easier. If you're thinking about reaching out for support, I'd simply say: go for it!❞

❝Inderjit has been direct, responsible and engaging in his dealings with me as a Carer and I have appreciated his flexibility and mind-set. Although I have not practised yoga I have learned a great deal about psychology and our appointments inspire me and help me to get motivated. I am fortunate to be working with Inderjit as he is extremely considerate and thoughtful. I highly recommend him.❞
