You are not a number. You are someone we see.
Embodied Support Collective was founded by someone who has lived through complex trauma, experienced the mental health system firsthand, and understands how overwhelming it can feel to navigate recovery. Our mission is to ensure nobody has to do it alone
Because support works differently when people feel: seen, heard, understood, valued, safe, and hopeful. We built ESC so people could feel trust again, but more than that, so people could feel fully supported.
We provide deeply compassionate, proactive and personalised support through a collective of embodied practitioners who genuinely care.
You don't have to navigate this alone.
If you're ready to explore your support options or simply have a few questions, we'd love to meet you and learn how we can support your journey.
Why choose ESC?
✓ We intentionally keep a small caseload.
✓ We carefully match participants with workers.
✓ We value long-term relationships over high staff turnover.
✓ We understand psychosocial disability and complex mental health.
✓ We combine practical supports with nervous system regulation.

❝Before Embodied Support Collective, I found it difficult to structure my days, visit new places and simply have someone to talk to.
Since receiving their support, I've become much more confident to try new things and step outside my comfort zone. I'm living a much fuller life now, experiencing things I never thought I would.
Amy and Inderjit are kind, calm, friendly and always encouraging, and they've made every step feel easier. If you're thinking about reaching out for support, I'd simply say: go for it!❞

❝Inderjit has been direct, responsible and engaging in his dealings with me as a Carer and I have appreciated his flexibility and mind-set. Although I have not practised yoga I have learned a great deal about psychology and our appointments inspire me and help me to get motivated. I am fortunate to be working with Inderjit as he is extremely considerate and thoughtful. I highly recommend him.❞
